The Final Draw

     At the time of writing, now is 0337GMT.  A bit sleepy but, its don’t distract my interested into the Final Draw of the Fifa World Cup 2006, to be held at Leizpig, Germany. Many people would say, I’m wasting my time because this is only a draw, not even a soccer match. It doesn’t bother me. As an ardent soccer fans, I will not miss this event because it is important as the world cup. This is the place where I will know the placing of every team involve in the world cup. I want to know which group is consider as “The Group Of Death” and which team in it. At the last world cup (2002) I’ve manage to watch the draw which sees my favourite team, England drawn into a group , which I consider “The Group Of Death”. It’s contain Argentina, Nigeria and Sweden! Which Team will be with England This Time around?
     The draw start with Heidi Klum (Germany Stunning Supermodel) and a German Guy (dunno his name) start the show in German! Then the president of FIFA, Seph Blatter arrive with the president of The German Republic… Then come The President Of The Brazillian Football Club together with the president of the Germany Football Club. Then a former German international tell a stories about the old ball… in german… A trailer about the ball… Duh… Then come the “Kaiser” Franz Beckenbauer, Germany Legend, with a ball… (again…) I don’t understand any word they said…! Another trailer about everybody has a ball… A very nice trailer actually. Again another trailer about a ball, Telstra used in the 70’s.
     Then there is a magic show… A Magic Show??? Okay. Perform by Dutch magician. Okay… a typical kind of magic. Do a magic in front of Pele… Duh… Okay, He’s good. The mascot arrived after the magic show… Leo, the name of the Mascot. Another trailer about the FIFA aid for the youngster. Shows Andriy Shevchenko, Ukraine and AC Milan star in Kiev, Ukraine. Another Germany former star, Jurgen Klinsmann make an appearance, with another ball and another trailer. Michael Ballack with a new ball design by Adidas. Teamgeist. A singer from Colombia (forgot his name), a perform a song about passion. Also forgot the title. Kindda like this song actually.
     At last the draw start. Tose Involved, Roger Milla (Cameroon), Cristian Karembeu (France – Oceana), Johan Cruyff(Holland), Cobi Jones (USA), PELE (Brazil), Mashasi Nakayama (Japan), Lothar Mattaus (Germany) and Lucas Radebe (South Africa). The first team that was picked out was, Amazingly England! Place in Group B. The draw end at approximately 5:15 where Saudi Arabia was the last country picked. The draws are as follow.
