klu banyak pikiran susah mo tidur, cuba ko try menyanyi karaoke atau juging satu padang sebelum tidur, gerenti msti tidur nyenyak dan pikiran yg kusut akan terlerai..hehehe ajaran sesat..anyway selamat berhujung minggu..
